November 27: Sorry for the lack of updates in recent months... the webmaster's computer crashed. However, Aly competed at the US National Championships and finished 3rd place all-around and she was awarded with an international assignment to compete at the Junior Pan American Championships in Aracaju, Brazil! Aly helped Team USA win the gold and individually clinched the bronze medal in the all-around and gold medals on vault and floor! Results are up and Aly's schedule has been updated. Also, the about page has been updated with some new information.

July 27: Aly finished 10th all-around and 1st on floor at the Cover Girl Classic in Des Moines, Iowa this weekend! Congratulations, Aly! Her results have been added. Aly's next competition will be the US Championships in Dallas, TX next month.

April 13: Aly finished 10th at the American Classic and qualified for National Championships! Results have been added and Aly's schedule has been updated.

March 31: Aly won the MA Level 10 State Championships for the second year in a row! Congratulations, Aly! Results from the competition are up. Aly will be headed to San Diego, CA on Thursday for the US Classic.

March 23: Aly's schedule has been updated.

March 3: Aly competed at the Excalibur Cup in Virginia Beach and finished 2nd on vault, 3rd on beam, and 7th all-around. Scores and results have been added.

February 9: Aly traveled down to Texas this weekend and she qualified for international elite! Congratulations, Aly! :) Results from the competition are up and Aly's schedule has been updated. Also, the skills page has been updated.

January 25: Aly traveled to PA where she competed in the Parkette Invitational this weekend. Her only major mistake was a fall on her uneven bars release move but despite the fall, she still finished in 5th place all-around. Aly also won the silver medal on vault and the bronze medal on beam. Congratulations, Aly! Results are up along with videos from the competition.

January 14: Aly competed at the Brestyan's Invitational last weekend and finished 4th place all-around and won the gold medal on vault! She also helped her team finish in 3rd place. Aly fell on her series on beam and also on her whip 2.5 twist on floor but nailed her vaults and bar routine. Results are up and Aly's schedule has been updated.

December 14: Aly won the all-around, bars, beam, and floor at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet yesterday! Results have been added.

December 3: Some new icons are up.

September 27: Aly's schedule has been updated along with the teammates section. Also, Aly's 2008 routines have been added from Level 10 States.

July 1: A new video is up from the awards ceremony at Level 10 States this year.

April 27: Not only is Aly the 2008 Level 10 State Champion... she is now the 2008 Level 10 Regional Champion! Congratulations, Aly! Results from yesterday's competition are up and Aly's schedule has been updated.

April 6: Friendship Classic pictures are up. Level 10 States pictures will be up within the next week. Also, Aly's schedule has been updated.

April 5: Congratulations Aly, 2008 MA Level 10 State Champion! Aly competed today at States in Wincester, MA and took home gold medals on bars, beam, floor, and all-around. She also earned a bronze medal on vault. Results from State Championships and the Friendship Classic are up along with videos from States. Pictures from the Friendship Classic and States are coming soon.

January 13: Aly sustained a back injury during training and was forced to take about 3 months off from full training. Unfortunatly, Aly could not compete at the Brestyan's Invitational yesterday but she has resuming training again and is working back towards competitive shape.

November 1: The teammates section has been updated. Congratulations to Brestyan's gymnast, Alicia Sacramone, who recently helped Team USA win the gold medal at the World Championships and won the vault bronze and floor silver!

September 23: Aly's schedule has been updated. Also, some new links are up and a new picture has been added from the 2006 US Challenge.

August 8: Twenty-two pictures from the US Challenge (Training Session) are up.

July 30: Aly did an excellant job at the US Challenge! Her all-around scores of 35.000 (compulsory) and 52.400 (optional) earned her a 4th place finish. She also won the gold medal on floor and the silver medal on beam. Congratulations, Aly! Her results from the competition have been added. Pictures are coming soon.
